ranks second in the world.It stands at the forefront of the world in the fields of national defense,science and technology,economy and education.The comprehensive national strength and international status have been significantly improved,and it has gradually trended forward to the center of the world-stage.Masses of people have also benefited from development,and the living standards of residents have generally been effectively improved.However,there are still many issues occurred in the process of China’s rapid development.The extensive high-speed growth with high input,high consumption,high pollution,low output,low quality and low efficiency still occupies a dominant position in the past decades,which leads to serious social problems such as resource waste,environmental pollution and ecological degradation.In the period of unprecedented great development,great change and great adjustment in the world,in the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and in the critical period of entering a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,high-quality development has become a new goal and task for the development of China’s comprehensive strength.Its essence still points to the pursuit of higher goals that meet the needs of the people’s better life,that is,in the way of development,in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics In terms of approaches and models,more emphasis is placed on the exploration of higher quality,more efficient,more equitable and more sustainable development path.As the main body of China’s social and economic development,Chinese enterprises take extremely important social responsibilities and tasks for the realization of high-quality development goals of national and improve the human resource management mode which is in line with the Chinese ethical spirit in the new era,so as to improve the satisfaction and harmony of both employers and employees,to further implement the new realm of sustainable development of enterprises in the future.It is clear that under the background of high-quality development,many enterprises still adhere to the outdated and backward human resource management concept and thinking way,and drift in the gray zone between morality and law,right and wrong,which leads to frequent labor capital conflicts that violate social ethics and moral standards.This not only hinders the sustainable development of enterprises,but also brings severe risks and challenges to the human resource management ethics of China’s enterprises to effectively cope with the new development pattern of high-quality development.Therefore,to explore and construct a set of human resource management ethics system and ethical ability that can adapt to the new pattern stage of high-quality development is the core topic of human resource management ethics research in the new era.Human resource is a key resource of an enterprise,which is not only related to the rise and fall of the enterprise itself,but also related to the efficient operation of national social and economic development.Ethics and morality construct the cultural connotation of enterprise human resource management with "human" as the core.It is not only possible but also extremely necessary to conduct a reasonable ethical examination on the related issues of enterprise human resource management in theory and practice.If the enterprise management treats employees only from a single perspective(such as the capital perspective)and ignores their vital interests and spiritual ethical needs,then the human resource management of enterprises could not really understand,care about,respect and love people.There is a dialectical relationship between human resource management and ethics.The standardized management of enterprise human resources should not only conform to the basic social system laws and regulations,but also meet the moral requirements of the new ethical value norms.The operation of its management function activities must show the corresponding ethics in all aspects.This thesis chooses "the research on the ethics of enterprise human resource management" as the theme and "high quality development" as the context perspective,trying to explore the theoretical construction and application of enterprise human resource management ethics from the perspective of high-quality development.We will clarify the concept and internal mechanism of enterprise human resource management as the logical starting point,and explore the ethical functions and basic principles behind human resource management activities with the normative method of "ought to be".Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of human resource management in enterprises,this thesis reveals the social ethical problems existing in the process of human resource management in contemporary enterprises.Meanwhile,it tries to find out the new development direction and practical path of enterprise human resource ethical governance from the Perspective of high-quality development.The research will carry out a systematic investigation of this theme from four aspects:ethical analysis of human resource management in enterprises,ethical challenges of high-quality development to human resource management of enterprises,ethical construction of human resource management of high-quality enterprises,and practical exploration of ethics of human resource management of high-quality enterprises.In the first chapter,this paper disposes the ethical challenges that HRM may face in the current high-quality development stage in China.First of all,the basic status and essential characteristics of the current high-quality development of Chinese society should be interpreted,while the new ethical requirements under this development background should be clarified.Beyond this,this thesis further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current Chinese enterprise HRM ethics,and discuss the possibility and necessity of how Chinese enterprise HRM,as the "hard core" of China’s social development,can actively adapt to and respond to the current situation of high-quality development.In the second chapter,with the view of historical development,the thesis makes a necessary ethical analysis of the traditional theory of HRM,as well as the "human nature hypothesis" inherent in different stages of development,so as to clarify the theoretical basis and logical starting point of HRM.Furthermore,it takes a detailed academic discussion on the ethical nature of the HRM activities,summarizes the evolution of its ethical nature,the functions it plays and the ethical responsibilities it should take for the society,so to have a general grasp of the concept and the substantive connotation of the HRM ethics as a whole.The third chapter,according to the conclusion of the first two chapters,continues to explore how the current HRM ethics should meet the needs of the development of the times in the perspective of high-quality development,and on the basis of the original theory.By reshaping the new ethical relationship,abiding by the ethical principles of innovation and optimizing the evaluation standards,this research calls for building a new system of ethical norms that can actively adapt to the requirements of the development of the new era,and actively respond to the current situation of high-quality development of China’s society.In the fourth chapter,connecting to the content of the previous chapter,this thesis will further analyze and explore the new ideas of the current enterprise human resource management ethical value standard system from the perspective of practical exploration,so as to implement the basic operation of enterprise management activities.In this regard,we first analyze the ethical problems that may exist in human resource management of some enterprises from two negative cases,and then seek appropriate solutions based on relevant theories.Then,according to two positive cases,it objectively analyzes the success of enterprise management activities and the theoretical basis behind it.According to the analysis and reflection of the above-mentioned cases,and combined with the elaboration of the new position and practical principles of enterprise human resource management ethics,the research puts forward that in order to make the current enterprise human resource management ethics move towards a new road to adapt to the new requirements of high-quality development,we should improve and improve the enterprise human resource management ethics,and effectively form autonomy,rule of virtue and rule of law The mutual integration of governance mechanism can promote the ethical personality of managers and employees,the ethical management system,and improve the guarantee measures of government and social supervision.The conclusion aims to promote and enrich the future prospects of human resource management ethics research by combing the new ideas of theoretical construction and practical exploration of enterprise human resource management ethics from the
