With the quickening progressing toward global economic integration,more and more enterprises engage in standardization in human resources management and seek to introduce advanced management concepts and tools from western world.However,with differences between the western and China in traditional cultural background,idea and the way of thinking etc,all the advanced management concepts and tools simply duplicated from the outside would have been ineffective in China.Therefore,all the Chinese enterprises may have to face the challenges of setting up a complementary way of Chinese-culture-based HR management so as to fully comply the Chinese culture and humanity with the western scientific and matured management.The human resources play an important role in the development of private enterprises.This paper discusses the excellent traditional culture and private enterprise HR management in order to explore the better way of HR management for our private enterprises in the new era.This paper summarizes the development of private enterprises,and then,underlines the importance and necessity of research of HR management for PEs development.Chinese traditional culture that is formed by Confucianism,Buddhism,Taoism,Legalism etc,has taken effect on comprehensive national characteristics.Our outstanding philosophy has been deeply implanted in people's hearts and shaped the unique inner temperament and the way of thinking.With progressive approach,multi-angle and wide view,this paper depicts and analysis on the current situation and development of private enterprises and their HR management in order to offer and solve the problems,explore the way and the idea of PE's HR management.This paper is comprised of five parts.In the first part,it elaborates on our national PE's history,its importance for national economy,the necessity of improving PE's HR management.It concludes that inheriting and carrying forward our traditional culture would be the effective way to develop PE's HR efficiency eventually.In the second part,it thoroughly depicts our PE's HR management and its characteristics,puts forward the existing problems,witch offer the substantial material for national PE's HR management.The third part introduces and analysis the China's excellent traditional cultyral thoughts,provides effective references and basis for PE's HR management.The fourth part of this paper explores the way and idea to optimize PE's HR management by Chinese outstanding traditional culture.The fifth part actively puts forward the good vision for the PE's HR management.
