In the early 21 st century,digital photography gradually replaced film photography,the threshold of photography industry was lowered,and a large number of potential entrants poured into the photography market.In 2013,the policy environment was tightened,the expenditure of conference photography was greatly reduced,the business volume was sharply reduced,and the competition in the photography industry was increasingly fierce.In order to survive in the increasingly fierce industry competition,seek development,improve the competitiveness of the company,in the photography industry,professional marketing strategy research is imperative.Based on YF culture communication company.(hereinafter referred to as YF company)as the research object,aim at the Internet economy environment and maternal and child dividends,in combination with the practical operating situation of the industry characteristics and the company,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire research,according to the theory of market orientation and 7ps theory of service marketing,from seven aspects of service marketing combination strategy,service marketing combination strategy of YF company research.The investigation found that although the company has been operating for many years,product quality is excellent,but has been in accordance with the custom of customer service,there are single product categories,pricing information management system is not systematic,single marketing channels,business process jumbled not smooth,personnel management system is not perfect,physical display attention is not enough and other problems.After thorough analysis,comprehensive consideration,put forward the feasible for its service marketing strategy improvement Suggestions,advice the business advertising,film and television production,improve the pricing system,strengthening the Internet marketing channel,the self-help albums production platform,streamline the order process,improve the system of training,the staff incentive,the opening of a street stores,etc.It aims to help the company improve its competitiveness and ability to cope with unexpected risks,and provide guidance and Suggestions for the benign development of the company.
