Research On The Sustainable Development Of Traditional Handicrafts From The Perspective Of Intellectual Property Rights

The inheritance and protection of traditional handicraft has gradually become the focus in the world.In recent years,our government has also paid attention to policies and legislation.However,it is unavoidable that only from the unilateral aspect of the government,the exploration of sustainable development of traditional handicraft becomes more and more important.The similarity between traditional handicraft and the object of intellectual property protection makes the intellectual property system close.In recent years,it has gradually become a new way to protect traditional handicraft.At present,there is no final conclusion on how to construct the sustainable development of traditional handicraft.In the process of development,what role the current intellectual property protection system plays,what role it has played,whether it is beneficial to the sustainable development of traditional handicraft.Firstly,the author traces back to the concept of sustainable development of traditional handicraft,explains the combination of intellectual property rights and sustainable development of traditional handicraft,and explains the key terms needed later.Secondly,it summarizes the current situation of domestic traditional handicraft development and intellectual property protection of traditional handicraft,and analyses the inheritance,dissemination and balance of interests of traditional handicraft from the perspective of intellectual property rights,from which it summarizes the applicability of the current intellectual property system,the maintenance of traditional handicraft knowledge and cultural volume,and the balance of interests.Finally,combined with the current stage of traditional handicraft development in China,the government and inheritors are advised to strengthen law enforcement,develop industry guidance,use intellectual property rights,and dare to cooperate and innovate,so that the current intellectual property system can play a more full role in the development of traditional handicraft,traditional handicraft can be better developed.
