Tzu,a famous Chinese militarist had ever said,"Military affairs are a major event of a country".The ancients used weapons to defend the country and it is so important in society.However,such an "important things" and "ominous things" appeared in a large number of Han and Jin tombs in Luoyang area.So it is important for us to have a deep understanding of the role of weapons in funeral rites and the social culture of the Han and Jin Dynasties.Therefore,this paper tries to analyze the weapons excavated from Han and Jin tombs in Luoyang area,in order to provide my own views for the reasearch about the funeral rites and social culture in Han and Jin society.Introduction.Summarizing the natural and historical geographic information of Luoyang area,determines the research object and research objectives,and expounding the significance of the research.This part also briefly reviews,sorts out,summarizes the previous researches and Design research ideas and methods.Chapter ?.The typological analysis of the burial weapons of Han and Jin dynasties in Luoyang area.The unearthed materials in the area are collected and recorded,and the typological analysis is carried out.On this basis,the development and evolution laws of various types of weapons are explored.Chapter ?.The stages and ages of the burial weapons of Han and Jin dynasties in Luoyang area.The burial weapons of Han and Jin dynasties in Luoyang area can be divided into eight periods and eleven parts.The first period is the early Western Han Dynasty,the second is the mid-Western Han Dynasty,the third is the late Western Han Dynasty to Wang Mang period,the fourth is the early Eastern Han Dynasty,the fifth is the mid-Eastern Han Dynasty,the sixth is the late Eastern Han Dynasty,the seventh is the early Cao Wei&Western Jin Dynasty,and the eighth is the mid-late Western Jin Dynasty.The second,third and sixth period can be divided into the early and the late parts.Summarize and summarize the development and evolution characteristics of weapons in each period.Chapter III.Research on the Combination and Placement of Weapons in Han and Jin Dynasties in Luoyang Area.By using statistics,documentation and multiple evidence methods,this chapter summarizes the characteristics of the times of weapons combination and placement in the Han and Jin Dynasties,and obtains rules as following:1.With the development of the times,the proportion of single weapons has increased.And The proportion of combined weapons decreased.2.The proportion of short-range weapons is decreasing,while that of long-range weapons and medium-range weapons is increasing.3.The higher the level of tombs,the richer the number and location of weapons buried with them.4.the change of weapon burial from inside to outside the coffins shows that the meaning of weapon burial decreases.5.In a tomb of the same kind,if the location of weapons depends on the identity level of the owner of the tomb.The higher the status of the tomb owner,the more abundant the number and location of weapons placed.6.During the Western Han Dynasty and the early and middle Eastern Han Dynasty,the layout of sword in the coffin was in accordance with the law of "left sword and right sword".After the late Eastern Han Dynasty,the randomness of sword placement increased.Aiming at the rule of using sword combination,Combining Grade Study with Information Analysis of Relevant Materials We have proved that there are hierarchical differences in the use and wear of swords.During the Han and Jin Dynasties,the length of the sword and the length of the sword and the material of the decorations became an important factor to distinguish the level of the sword wearing.Chapter IV.Weapons and social code in Han and Jin Dynasties.This part discusses the social and cultural connotations of the burial weapons with reference to literature and image materials including evading disaster,guarding the owner and demonstrating identity level.Conclusion.Summarize the whole paper.
