In the process of the 18th Army's liberation of Tibet,the Central Committee of Communist Party of China attached great importance to the national issue,based on national unity,and clearly put forward the policy of "politics is more important than military." Behind the peaceful liberation of Tibet,the national ideology and national policy of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China are reflected.At the same time,during the process of the 18th Army's entry into Tibet,leaders at all levels actively organized cadres and soldiers to learn Tibetan language,understand Tibetan customs and respect Tibetan religious beliefs..Under the harsh conditions of the environment and lack of materials,how the 18th Army carried out Tibetan learning activities had important academic and practical significance.The paper is divided into three parts.There is an introduction before,the last part is the conclusion,and the middle three chapters form the text.As the logical starting point of this paper,the introduction first discusses the historical process and significance of the 18th Army's entry into Tibet,and puts forward the problems of this research.Subsequently,the data,objectives,ideas and methods collected by the Institute were elaborated.Finally,the key points and innovations of this research were pointed out.The first chapter mainly analyzes the background of peaceful liberation of Tibet,discusses the policy of peaceful liberation of Tibet and the basis for the formation of Tibetan language policy.This chapter is the basis and premise of the research.The second chapter mainly expounds the specific operation of the 18th Army to learn Tibetan language,and enters Lhasa as a node to analyze the process of learning the Tibetan language of the 18th Army.The third chapter expounds the influence of the 18th Army on Tibetan language learning from the effectiveness of Tibetan language learning and the continuity of Tibetan language learning policy.The last part is the conclusion,which puts forward some thoughts on the comprehensive implementation of Tibetan language and the adherence to national policies.
