students' research and application of teaching content reflect the quality of education to a certain extent.in the field of dance education?Based on the understanding of Cultural holism,this paper provides a new perspective for the teaching of ethnic and folk dance,and explores the Uyghur Sainaim dance lessons with a "multi-dimensional and multi-level" teaching mode.Through the brief analysis of the theoretical explanation and method of the teaching mode,while inheriting and affirming the original teaching idea of folk dance,the teaching content is divided into corresponding teaching combinations according to levels,and the multi-dimensional teaching method is used to assist the classroom teaching,with the emphasis on strengthening the inspiration and construction of thinking consciousness based on the advanced professional skills,so as to inspire the students to form the national aesthetic Overall this research hoping to provide a new perspective and teaching significance for the Uygur Sainaim teaching,and finally provide help for the application of Chinese folk dance to the cultivation of research and innovation talents,then promote and improve the construction of teaching ecological model from "teaching input" to "output-oriented".
