On The "Destiny" Narration And Writing Of "Zuo Zhuan"

Zuo Zhuan is China's first narrative complete chronicle history book,which has a pivotal position in the history of Chinese classics,literature and ideas.What has always been familiar to people is that Zuo Zhuan talks about the dreams of witches and ghosts,and pays more attention to the influence of Heaven on personnel.From this we can see the thoughts of people at that time.In Zuo Zhuan,there are indeed two different tendencies in the description of the "destiny".One is heaven and man have nothing to do with each other,and the other is to pay attention to the signs,indicating that the fate of the Spring and Autumn Period and the personnel are in a state of entanglement.In Zuo Zhuan,the writing of "Destiny" includes the following three aspects: the aspect of natural phenomena related to yin and yang has begun to have a rational spirit,which is the inevitable development of civilization;and the change of dynasty and the fate of politics follows the concept of "the heavens are unaccompanied,but the virtues are the auxiliary";as for the personal life and the fate of the life,is still due to the determinism and the number of the surgery,and some are attributed to the the obedience of the ceremonial or the punishment of indecent assault,although retaining many mysticism factors,also reflects the emphasis of the emerging intellectual class on ritual and music and the attempt to obtain discourse power.This is a new construction.By examining the narrative and writing mode of "destiny" in Zuo Zhuan,we can find the unique narrative voice of historians behind the narrative text,historians implicitly express their positions and ideas through plot arrangements and various narrative means.At the same time,the "destiny" narrative factors in Zuo Zhuan constantly influenced the later writing of history and literary creation,forming a "destiny" narrative tradition,which has a profound influence.
