In recent years,with the changing development environment of primary education,the reform of the English curriculum in primary schools has become more and more in-depth,and it has become a realistic subject for how to base on the characteristics of English subjects,stimulate students' consciousness of subject,and improve the quality of classroom teaching.Cooperative learning is a learning method advocated by basic education curriculum and teaching reform,and is also a teaching method often used in primary school English,which has strong interest,participation and practicality,which not only conforms to the characteristics of students' cognitive development stage,but also stimulates students' enthusiasm for English learning participation.Therefore,focusing on the school-based advantages,based on the students' learning,introducing certain organizational strategies into English cooperative learning,and promoting the organic combination of cooperative learning and organizational strategy,is of great practical significance for promoting the development of its language power and enhancing the effectiveness of cooperative learning.Based on this,this paper makes use of literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and other research methods,from the reality of english collaborative learning from primary school,analyzes the background of the problem of the application of organizational strategy to English cooperative learning,and puts forward the research purpose and significance of this thesis.This paper expounds the current situation of domestic and foreign research applied to English teaching and the theoretical basis of this research.Based on the practical ity of English subjects,the organizational strategy of promoting cooperative learning is put forward,that is,to determine the group strategy of group members,to clarify the division of labor among the members and to strengthen the group identification of the group,to highlight the task strategy of development,difference and effectiveness,and to pay attention to the guiding strategy of students' autonomy,problem solving and tolerance and encouragement.Enrich the evaluation content,innovative evaluation form,pay attention to the evaluation strategy combined with evaluation,integrateinformation resources to assist,develop the leadership ability of the leader,improve the teacher's leading level of environmental support strategy.By showing the changes of relevant data before and after the practice dialogue,it was found that cooperative learning organization strategy is beneficial to students' English learning achievement and learning cognition.Subsequently,this paper takes a primary school as an example,for the practical reflection on the practical utility of english cooperative learning in primary school,puts forward the problems of adhering to the principle of life-oriented,adhering to the principle of traction,and adhering to the effect orientation,and the understanding of the concepts that exist in the implementation needs to be changed,the guidance point to be improved,the quality of teachers and information support to be improved,and so on.And from adhere to the student-oriented,change the teaching concept,improve the target task setting,optimize the guidance of learning methods,strengthen information technology support,improve the quality of teachers and other aspects of the improvement of countermeasures.Finally,this study is summarized,and the future related research is looked forward to.
