Research On General Music Courses In Four Provincial Universities In Shandong Province

With the state paying more and more attention to the aesthetic education in colleges and universities,it is an important task for higher education to strengthen and improve the aesthetic education in an all-round way.As an important part of the public art course in colleges and universities,music general education course will play an important role in college aesthetic education.The subjects of this research are chosen as the music general education courses of four provincial universities in Shandong Province,and the students who take music general education courses in four universities are investigated by means of questionnaires,conducting interviews with the head of Music Liberal Studies and teachers of Music Liberal Studies in the Academic Affairs Office,after summarizing and analyzing the results of the investigation and research,the present situation of the practice of the music general education curriculum in the provincial universities in Shandong Province is concluded: At present,the importance of the music general education in the universities is far from enough;Teachers do not understand the connotation of general education,teaching objectives are not clear enough,teaching methods are old,content is boring,students can not be integrated into the classroom;Lack of teaching space and equipment;lack of opportunities for artistic practice;teaching contents mainly focus on appreciation of classical music and popular music,and lack of study of traditional Chinese cultural contents,etc.,all these problems have limited the development of general music courses in Shandong provincial universities.In view of the current situation that music appreciation general education courses in various colleges and universities occupy the mainstream,this paper takes the Linyi University General Education Course "piano basic performance and singing" as an example,this paper analyzes its advantages from the aspects of teaching cost saving,creative mode construction and good teaching effect,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the construction of general education courses for skills,it provides a reference for the construction of the general course of music skills in the same kind of universities.Based on the results of investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the general music course system in the universities of Shandong Province Based on the construction of teachers and the improvement of facilities,we should carry out the task of aesthetic education and take art practice as the guide to promote the popularization and improvement of aesthetic education.
