Research On The Application Of Psychosocial Therapy Model In The Improvement Of Self-confidence Of Children In Urban Subsistence Allowance Families

Self-confidence plays an important role in the growth of children.The level of children's self-confidence will not only affect children's academic performance,but also affect children's emotions and behaviors,and even affect children's life.Compared with ordinary family children,children in urban minimal assurance households with special family backgrounds are more prone to self-confidence problems.This article takes the children of urban minimal assurance households as the research object,based on person-in-situation theory and cognitionand behavior theory,and carries out the research on the application of psychosocial therapy patterns in the improvement of the self-confidence of the children of urban minimal assurance households.The author selects a child from an urban minimal assurance household in the R community as the research object to carry out case services.The author uses the "Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale" to measure the self-confidence level of the service object,and at the same time uses the "Children's Self-Confidence Interview Outline" to conduct structural interviews with the service objec.Based on this,the author can understand the service object's three aspects of self-awareness,self-expression and self-efficacy,so as to assess the service object's self-confidence.According to the actual situation of the service object,the author uses the psychosocial therapy pattern to provide the service object with personalized case services such as reconstructing self-awareness,revising inferiority behavior,improving parent-child relationship,and integrating into peer groups.The study found that after case service,the service object has formed correct self-awareness,learned to take the initiative to express himself,improved the relationship with parents,expanded the peer support network,and achieved the effect of enhancing the service object's self-confidence level.Therefore,the author believes that the psychosocial therapy pattern has a certain positive role in improving the self-confidence of children in urban minimal assurance households.
