The research and practice of traditional English homework at home and abroad show that the traditional English homework lacks individualized design,variety and interest,and the quality of primary school students' completion is not high,the improvement of students' English ability is also limited.Since the 21 th century,domestic and foreign research begin to explore through the application of online homework platform to change these problems.Homework Together platform is K12 education field for students to create a personalized,social new English homework,since 2014 it began to promote the application in China.However,there are few literature about the application of Homework Together platform in our country at present.The effect of Homework Together platform in English homework of primary school,especially in the lower grade of primary school,needs to be further explored.Therefore,the author will study the application of Homework Together platform in primary school students' English homework.The specific research questions are as follows:(1)What happens to pupils' oral English level after using Homework Together platform?(2)What happens to pupils' English reading level after using Homework Together platform?(3)What happens to pupils' emotional attitude towards homework after using Homework Together platform?Based on the previous research,89 students from class(3)and class(4)of the fourth grade of Hongze Experimental Primary School in Huai'an,Jiangsu Province,were selected as the experimental subjects,an experiment on the application of Homework Together platform in English homework of primary school students.The experimental period was seven months.After the experiment in the experimental class,the four stages of the students' oral English ability of the platform pronunciation,integrity,fluency,expression,strategy scores,the number of oral English week exercises per person,the number of words per person,the number of sentences per person,the completion rate of oral English homework,the correct rate and the completion rate of the prescribed time were analyzed,then it analyzes the influence of Homework Together platform on pupils' oral English level.This paper makes a statistical study on the decoding ability,language knowledge,reading comprehension,cultural awareness,the amount of reading in English in a week,the completion rate of English reading assignments,the correct rate and the completion rate of English reading assignments in the four stages of the experimental class,in order to analyze the effect of Homework Together platform on primary school students' English reading level,a questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the experiment on students' emotional attitude toward traditional homework and the homework on the platform,after the experiment,4 students were selected and interviewed,and theresultswere compared to analyze the effect of Homework Together platform on pupils' emotional attitude towards English homework.By characterizing and Quantitative analysis the above data,the main findings of this study are as follows:(1)It is found that the oral English ability scores,weekly practice and homework quality of the students in the experimental class are constantly improving from the analysis and discussion on the results of oral English proficiency scores,oral English weekly exercises and the quality of oral English assignments in the four stages of the experimental class,so pupils' oral English level is improving after using Homework Together platform.(2)It is found that the English reading ability grade,weekly reading amount and homework quality of the students in the experimental class are constantly improved from the analysis and discussion on the results of the assessment of English reading ability,the amount of reading in English in a week and the quality of English reading assignments of the students in the experimental class in the four stages of the experimental cycle,so pupils' English reading level is improving after using Homework Together platform.(3)From the results of the investigation on the students' emotion and attitude toward the traditional homework and the homework on the Homework Together platform before and after the experiment and the interview on the students' attitude toward the homework on the Homework Together platform after the experiment,it is found that pupils' emotional attitude towards homework has positive changes after using Homework Together platform.
