The Study Of Natural Images In Wang Zengqi's Novels

Wang Zengqi's novel is called poetic novel,which has the characteristics of strong lyrical atmosphere,and is closely related to the use of images in his novels.There are many images in Wang Zengqi's novels,including natural images such as "water","month",and "flowers",social images such as temples,alleys,and teahouses,as well as the diverse folk images.The reason why this article chooses natural imagery as the research object is that natural imagery has always been the object of chanting in Chinese classical poetry and plays an important role in the lyric and freehand expression of classical literature.When natural imagery enters into the field of modern narrative literature from classical literature,on the one hand,it shows its transformed modernity,participating in the narrative in the novel.In Wang Zengqi's novels,natural imagery assumes the corresponding roles of shaping characters,communicating plots,rendering environmental atmosphere and the other narrative function.On the other hand,it retains the traditional lyrical side,enhances the aesthetic concentration and poetic atmosphere of the novel.In Wang Zengqi's novels,it brings the poetry in the narrative to the novel,and creates the implicit artistic conception.Therefore,the article trys to explore the narrative function and poetic function of natural imagery in Wang Zengqi's novels through the relevant narratological and aesthetic theories and the development of modern lyric novels.
