| The entry of "auditory parameters" into the field of narratology is a sign of the balanced development of sensory culture from the monism of visual culture to "audio-visual balance".Wang Zengqi pays attention to the description of auditory senses.His novels do not have a grand narrative structure,but are filled with a large number of soundscapes.From the perspective of auditory narration,this paper explores the function of auditory narration through the investigation of various sound phenomena in Wang Zengqi’s novels.The full text is discussed in five parts:The introduction part explains the source of the topic,the purpose and significance of the writing,the research status at home and abroad,and the research method.The first chapter focuses on "soundscape",classifies the various soundscapes in Wang Zengqi’s novels based on the source of sound,and explores the various forms of expression of "soundscapes" in the novels.The second chapter analyzes the story construction of novel texts from the theoretical perspective of auditory narration,and explores the construction of texts by sound from three aspects: auditory narration and characterization,story structure and story theme.The third chapter discusses the generation of time and space of novel stories from the theoretical perspective of auditory narration.On the basis of analyzing the influence of sound on the story time,the relationship between the intervention of sound and the narrative sequence is examined;and from the perspective of auditory narrative theory,it is discussed how sound constructs the story space of novels.The fourth chapter analyzes the author’s aesthetic intuition as a creative subject from the perspective of auditory narration,and looks at the performance of the author’s aesthetic intuition from the narrative language and narrative style under auditory narration.The conclusion part summarizes the characteristics of various soundscapes in Wang Zengqi’s novels in combination with the current auditory narrative theory,and reiterates the significance of auditory perception to the overall experience of life. |
