Research On The Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of The Cultural Industry In The Grand Canal Cultural Belt

The Grand Canal is a floating culture,which should be well protected,inherited and utilized as a whole.The cultural industry can not only meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people,but also an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and improve regional competitiveness.Under the guidance of policy and cultural market,the scale of cultural industry in the Grand Canal cultural belt has been expanding,but the contribution rate is low.Therefore,it is the key to understand the level of industrial efficiency and analyze the factors that affect the efficiency of cultural industry.DEA-BCC model,Malmquist index analysis and DEA super efficiency model are used to evaluate the cultural industry of 30 cities along the Grand Canal cultural belt from two aspects: static and dynamic.The overall comprehensive efficiency level of the cultural industry in the Grand Canal cultural belt is not high,mainly due to the low level of pure technical efficiency and small regional differences in scale efficiency.Huaiyang cultural highland,Beijing Tianjin Cultural highland and Qilu cultural highland rank the third in terms of comprehensive technical efficiency,and the efficiency of cultural industry shows obvious regional differences.The total factor productivity of cultural industry shows a rising trend in fluctuation.The industry keeps technological progress,and the decline of technological efficiency is smaller than the increase of technological progress index.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the cultural industry efficiency from five aspects: macro-economic factors,industrial development factors,market-oriented factors,localization factors,and related industrial factors by using the method of grey correlation analysis.In the secondary indicators,the level of urbanization,cultural demand market,financial expenditure,economic development level,degree of opening to the outside world and the relevance of cultural industry are ranked In the top five,it has the most significant impact on the efficiency of cultural industry.Based on the development status and empirical analysis,the cultural industry of the Grand Canal cultural belt may face the following problems: unbalanced development of cultural industry;weak industrialization and transformation ability of resources;low industrial innovation ability;low integration with related industries;small scale agglomeration effect.In view of the above problems,the feasible policy suggestions are: encouraging regional cooperation,optimizing industrial structure;Producting cultural resources,forming industrial advantages;promoting industrial integration,enhancing linkage effect;promoting cultural exchanges at home and abroad,expanding cultural demand.
