Symbol is an important presentation element in art creation.What art creation is to continuously choose and explain the concept symbol and combine it into "meaningful form".When the audience read these idiomatic symbols,they have projected their emotional experience on the reading object.The communication of artistic language is based on the metaphor and association of specific image(conventional image)and special form(picture composition,color composition).While the viewer interprets the works with individual experience,he also enriches the meaning of the works.The creation of duanzhang is to explore the presentation of cultural symbols in the context of contemporary art.From the perspective of digital sculpture,the author uses new technology to explore the situation of traditional symbols in the contemporary era,and uses new formal language to present traditional symbols.The main body of the article is divided into four parts: first,the significance of traditional symbols in sculpture creation;second,the metaphorical significance of Mei Lan Zhu Ju and its application in sculpture;third,the presentation of traditional cultural symbols bamboo in my digital sculpture creation;fourth,the conclusion.Through the works of art as a medium,the cultural symbols of traditional art can make people see the essence of culture and art under the time representation through the fog of the times in the globalized contemporary life.Passivity is more or less one of the characteristics of works of art,but the extension of the event nature of traditional cultural symbols makes the viewer obtain a subjective sense of time,breaks through the static nature of works,and the plot of emotion flows up,which is to explore the contemporary significance of traditional cultural symbols in art.
