The study of quantifiers started late and is the last class of all parts of speech.In ontology,because of the particularity of the classification of quantifier “species”.There is still controversy in academic circles,so there are relatively few case studies on quantifier“species”.In teaching,because quantifiers are unique to the Chinese and Tibetan languages,it is difficult for foreign students in countries whose mother tongue lacks quantifiers.There are many kinds of errors in noun quantifiers,and there are many types of errors,which has important research value.Previous researches on “species” focus on ontology,and the teaching research of “species” needs to be supplemented and strengthened.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this paper combines teaching to study “species”,and tries to supplement and enrich the theoretical and teaching research of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background,research significance,research methods of this paper,by combing the previous classification research of “species”,collocation research,semantic research,syntactic research,comparative study with other synonyms,comparative study with other languages,etc.The teaching part combs out the previous research on “species” bias and teaching suggestions.Through the reading and combing of the previous literature,summed up the shortcomings of previous research,put forward the innovation of this paper.The second part is the source and characteristics of Chinese quantifier “species”.It mainly includes four aspects: the source of quantifier “species”,semantic analysis of collocation object,syntactic analysis,comparative analysis of “species” and “class” and“sample”.The current situation survey of the use of quantifiers "species" is mainly carried out through the corpus corpus and the questionnaire for foreign students.First of all,from the HSK dynamic composition corpus a total of 126 corpus about quantifiers “species”.Then a questionnaire survey was conducted on 51 foreign students of middle and advanced Chinese level to make up for the shortage of corpus.The fourth part analyzes the error types and reasons of the foreign students using the word “species” on the basis of the third part.The types of errors are wrong order,improper collocation,superfluous,omission,misuse of synonyms,etc.The causes of errors are mainly analyzed from the characteristics of the quantifier “species” itself,students' own reasons and so on.The fifth part is to put forward the relevant suggestions for the study of foreign students and the teaching of teachers.Foreign students can learn quantifiers "species" by interlingual contrast and strengthening collocation exercises.Teachers need to constantly strengthen theoretical research,at the same time adopt the methods of phased teaching,in-language contrast teaching,combined with context teaching.Finally,the conclusion of the paper,combing the full text,to the quantifier “species”research to make a summary.
