Adolescent interpersonal adaptation is one of the most noteworthy and research topics in the field of personality and social development.It is not only related to whether individuals can develop healthily and smoothly during adolescence,but also has a profound impact on their intimate relationships and social communication in youth and adulthood.This study is based on a review of literature on adolescent interpersonal adaptation,Start with parental conflict in family relationships.To explore the internal mechanism of the impact of the level of perceived parental conflict on interpersonal adaptation in adolescents.Cluster sampling method was used to determine 795 junior high school students in Harbin City as samples.Using the Parental Conflict Child Perception Scale(CPIC),Parental Relationship Emotional Stress Scale(SIS),and Middle School Student Interpersonal Adaptability Scale(SIAS),etc.To investigate the mediating role of negative cognitive assessment and emotional unease in perceived parental conflict and adolescent interpersonal adaptation.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Juvenile interpersonal adaptation is generally at a medium level,The level of interaction of adolescent parents at the behavioral level is generally in moderate conflict,low resolution and low self-interest.This situation leads to a moderate level of negative cognitive assessment among adolescents.The general sense of emotional unease experienced at a moderate level.Perceived parental conflict levels negatively predict adolescent interpersonal adaptation through mediating effects of emotional uneasiness,Supports Emotional Security Theory(EST).Negative cognitive assessment and emotional anxiety play an important mediating role in the context of parental conflict affecting adolescents' interpersonal adaptation.That is,the establishment of a “chain level ? negative cognitive evaluation ? emotional anxiety ? interpersonal adaptation” chain multiple mediation model,Supports Cognitive-Contextual Framework(CCF)and Emotional Security Theory(EST).At last,Based on the above conclusions,suggestions on improving interpersonal adaptation among adolescents are provided in four aspects: individual,family,school,and society.Change children' s bad perceptions and improve their ability to regulate their emotions,Improve Parental Effectiveness and Avoid Multiple Functional Relationships,Inspire students' internal psychological mechanisms and educate young people to be emotional masters;Emphasize the protection of parents' marital quality and deepen the research on social adaptation of adolescents.
