Research On The Democratic Reform Movement Of Private Factory In Shanghai (1952-1953)

The Shanghai Private Factory Democracy Reform Movement is to abolish the unreasonable system of oppressing workers after the end of the "five anti" movements in Shanghai,to further increase the awareness of private factory workers,to purify the workforce,to strengthen the internal solidarity of the working class,and to strengthen grassroots party groups A mass movement carried out by organization building.The reason why this article chooses the democratic reform movement of private factories in Shanghai as the research object is that,on the one hand,the current research on the democratic reform movement in the academic circle is not sufficient and thorough;on the other hand,it is because Shanghai has been the largest industry in the country after the founding of the New China.The city and Shanghai ’s private industry occupied an important position before the socialist transformation.The important position and relatively complex environment made Shanghai ’s democratic reform movement have the typicality and uniqueness that other provinces and cities do not have.The study of the reform movement has high research value.Therefore,based on the existing research results,the author tries to sort out the entire process of the development of the democratic reform movement in Shanghai’s private factories and discuss some of the important issues.This article studies the democratic reform movement of private factories in Shanghai through five chapters.The first chapter is the origin of the democratic reform movement of private factories in Shanghai.It mainly discusses the necessity and conditions for the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China to launch a democratic reform movement of private factories in Shanghai.The second chapter mainly expounds the preparatory preparations for the democratic reform movement of the private factories in Shanghai,and sorts out the preparations made by the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China,the district committees and the private factories for the development of the democratic reform movement in terms of organization,institutions and materials.The thirdchapter is the stage of the democratic struggle of the democratic reform movement of the private factories in Shanghai.It mainly focuses on the "all-round explanation" movement,elaborating the entire process of propaganda and mobilization in the stage of the democratic struggle.The fourth chapter is the democratic construction stage of the democratic reform movement of private factories in Shanghai.It consists of the abolition of the "Number One" system and the establishment of the production team leader system,the improvement of employee relations,and the strengthening of grassroots party and labor union construction.Measures to reform institutions to consolidate the results of the campaign.The fifth chapter is the achievements and experience of the democratic reform movement of private factories in Shanghai.The achievements of the democratic reform movement and the valuable experience accumulated in the areas of ideological propaganda,activists and the united front are discussed in terms of achievements and experience.In short,the democratic reform movement of private factories in Shanghai has made great achievements,laying a solid foundation for promoting the development of production and operation of private factories and actively participating in socialist transformation in the future.Its experience has important reference significance for the Communist Party of China’s propaganda and ideological work,activist work,and the united front construction.
