Research On The Equalization Of Public Cultural Services In Longwan District, Wenzhou City

In recent years,with the in-depth implementation of socialist cultural power,governments at all levels pay more and more attention to the development of public cultural services as an important livelihood project.At the same time,public cultural service has become a hot research topic,and there are more and more research results in the field of public cultural services in domestic academic circles.However,these studies are still relatively large in the national nature,and relatively few in the local nature,especially the research based on the basic foothold of the county(city,district)is lacking.As an important district of Wenzhou City,the southeast coastal area of China,Longwan has a relatively developed economy,but it still faces the problem of unequal public cultural services.Therefore,selecting Longwan District as a model for research has strong typicality,which can provide certain reference value for other similar counties(cities,districts)to improve the level of equalization of public cultural services.Through the methods of literature research,visiting survey,system analysis,etc.,based on the extensive collection of relevant data of Longwan District,combined with the combing of relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the development of public cultural services in Longwan District,and tries to put forward some suggestions for promoting the equalization of public cultural services.It is mainly divided into five parts: Chapter 1 is the introduction,including the research purpose and background significance,domestic and foreign research review,research methods and ideas;Chapter 2 is related theory and enlightenment,including the relevant definitions and theories,and the enlightenment to the research practice of the equalization of public cultural services in Longwan District;Chapter 3 analyzes the problems and causes of equalization of public cultural services in Longwan District;is the development evaluation of equalization of public cultural services in Longwan District,It includes the guarantee level,technical level and performance level of public cultural services;Chapter 4 analyzes the problems and causes of equalization of public cultural services in Longwan District;Chapter 5 promote longwan equalization of public cultural services level of countermeasures,mainly put forward to strengthen the government public culture service consciousness,building diversified investment mechanism,optimization of path of public cultural facilities construction,improvement of public cultural services distribution mode,stimulate the vitality of cultural talent team,improve the assessment method of public cultural services,etc.
