Research On Public Cultural Services In Haibowan District Of Wuhai City

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the major contradictions in our society have translated into the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development." The 19 th National Congress report also mentioned that "culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Culture rejuvenates the country,and culture is strong.Without a high degree of cultural self-confidence and the prosperity of culture,there will be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.We must adhere to the path of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics,stimulate the creative and creative vitality of national culture,build a strong socialist cultural country,and promote the coordinated development of socialist spiritual civilization and material civilization." At the same time,the increasing cultural needs of the people also put forward higher requirements for the enjoyment of the rights and guarantees of public cultural services.As a cultural worker,I conduct a deep analysis and comb the public cultural services related knowledge points from the point of view of my cultural volunteers.This paper analyzes the current situation,problems and countermeasures of public cultural services in haipu Bay district in wuhai city on the issues of working network of public cultural service system,basic cultural service form,service crowd,activity place and construction distribution,construction of cultural talent team,fine art creation and guarantee mechanism.By integrating resources,increasing the use of public venues,increasing the timeliness of public cultural services,strengthening the construction of the team of cultural services,promoting the rapid development of public cultural services in the harbour area,and promoting the standardization of public cultural services.To improve the public cultural service organization in Haibu Bay area by constructing stable fund investment guarantee mechanism;Enhancing Humane Care for Vulnerable Groups in Hooper Bay Area to Promote Public Cultural Services in Hooper Bay Area.
