In the past, scholars’ research on risk decision-making has mostly carried out studies that separated individual internal factors(such as personality traits and emotions)from external environmental factors(such as time pressure, risk framework,etc.).Few researches combined internal factors and external factors together. In the study of psychology and organizational behavior, the researchers believe that behavior is influenced by both internal and external factors. The relationship between human and environment is a dynamic interaction process,in which human, environment and behavior constantly influence each other. On the basis of predecessors, this study combines internal factors and external environmental factors to explore individual risk decision-making behavior. This study is composed of three experiments. The preliminary experiments determine the high and low social reference points of the subjects in the Ballon Analogous Risk Task.Experiment 1 was an intergroup design of 2(proactive personality: high,low)×3(social reference point: high, low and none),and the results were as follows: proactive personality had a significant main effect, and individuals with high proactive personality tended to prefer risk preference to those with low proactive personality. The main effect of social reference points is significant.Individuals with high social reference points tend to prefer risk than those without social reference points.Individuals without social reference points tend to prefer risk than those with low social reference points.Proactive personality and social reference point significant interaction effect,in the low social reference point and no social reference point under the situation of high individual initiative personality than low proactive personality tend to be more risk appetite, reference points in high society, under the situation of high initiative individual personality and low proactive personality had no significant differences in risk decision-making behavior.Experiment 2 was an intergroup design of 2(proactive personality: high and low)×2(risk perception: high and low),and the results were as follows: the main effect of proactive personality was significant;Risk perception effect significantly, low risk perception of the individual than a high-risk individuals tend to be risk preference of perception, proactive personality and risk perception of significant interaction effect,in high proactive personality subjects, low risk perception of the individual than the high risk perception of individuals are more inclined to risk appetite,in low proactive personality subjects, low risk perception of the individual with a high risk perception of the individual had no significant differences in risk decision-making behavior. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Individuals with high initiative personality are more inclined to risk preference than individuals with low initiative personality;(2)Individuals in the context of high social reference points are more prone to risk preferences than individuals in the context of non-social reference points, and individuals in the context of non-social reference points are more prone to risk preference than individuals in the context of low social reference points;(3)The interaction of active personality and social reference points on dynamic risk decision-making is significant;(4)Individuals with low risk perception are more inclined to risk appetite than individuals with high risk perception;(5)The interaction of active personality and risk perception on risk decisionmaking is significant.
