The Exploration And Practice Of Mineral Color Expression In Painting

From the original murals,we can see that the earliest colors in the history of human painting are derived from the natural earth and ore.After grinding,the powders are used by human beings,and many related art forms are emerging.In the early Chinese painting,the painter painted the mineral color on silk,silk,paper or wall and utensils in the same way,and the mineral color was widely spread and used in the Chinese painting history.After that,mineral color becomes an important painting medium and research subject in the form of painting expression with wall as carrier.Through the unique artistic expression and use of mineral color,the classification and characteristics of traditional mineral color and the use of ancient painters in painting are combed and explored to restore the expression of "intrinsic mechanism" in painting form.Under the condition of learning the use of mineral color and painting technique,Dunhuang murals are used as an opportunity to try to use mineral color and imitate the experience,then to explore the new expression method of mineral color by means of new creation,and to find out the unique style of mineral color.This also plays a key role in the future study in finding out the possibility and extensibility of using more mineral colours in practice.In the contemporary environment,the use of mineral color makes the painters have various artistic expressions and form different artistic forms.This also has great benefit to the aesthetic conception of contemporary Chinese painting and the creation of various artistic works of unique style based on traditional culture.
