As more and more farmers into urban development,city formed a group after group of worker tide,the resulting ensure migrant children education problem will be the social attention widely.This article is first from the concept and content of the right to education,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of migrant children the right to education.Right to education is a fundamental right,its security and implementation without the obligation of country and society.Our country after years by effort,has been in migrant children the right to education has made some achievements,established some laws and regulations,and the government introduced a variety of education policy,public school work and school children received many migrant workers trailing children,teachers and learning conditions have improved obviously.However,at present,China's migrant children the right to education there are still some poor security situation,show the trailing migrant workers their children to school to limit excessive,trailing migrant workers children entrance threshold is too high,inadequate protection of the migrant children learning conditions.Analysis the reason,is mainly due to the lack of a special protection for migrant children the right to receive education and related work in private schools,school children incomplete laws and regulations,government responsibility implementation does not reach the designated position,community social organizations are not fully exert,imperfect legal guarantee.This paper puts forward the improving migrant children educational security measures,including legislation,formulate a\"migrant children educational special protection law\",establish the education voucher system,perfect the boarding,improve teachers' treatment,encourage the community social organizations actively play a role as well as perfecting the judicial protection.
