Dilemma And Outlet Of Migrant Children Of The Right To Education In China

With the rapid development of market economy, the rural labor force gradually to thelarge-scale transfer of the city. Labor migration to the family tendency, follow thenumber of family migration of migrant children growth. The increase in the number ofmigrant children, school-age migrant children dropout rate is high, the right of migrantchildren’s education has become increasingly prominent. Migrant children’s educationrights issues more and more attention, how to safeguard migrant children educationright is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper intends to reason and floatingchildren produced by the floating children’s education status, combined with the relateddata collection, find out the migrant children’s education problems, analyze the causesthat lead to the migrant children education right, the causes, and puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures, so as to better protection of migrant children educationright. The article divides into four parts, the first part is an overview of the right toeducation theory, briefly expounds the connotation of the right to education and theright to education is a basic human right. The second part summarizes the migrantchildren’s education rights, to elaborate the migrant children education rightunderstanding of the right to education from the two aspects of the definition and thefloating children of migrant children is special. The third part describes the migrantchildren’s education rights problems, combined with the migrant children’s educationrights of the plight of the right to education of floating production, from five aspects offinancial education investment, education law enforcement, household factors, familyenvironment and education resources. The fourth part for the third part of the analysis ofthe reasons put forward countermeasures to safeguard migrant children education right,this paper hopes to migrant children’s education rights after analyzing the dilemma,seeking to safeguard migrant children education right of way, so that children can enjoythe right to education and the same city local students.
