Research On The Dilemma And Countmeasures Of The Construction Of Smart Community In China

As the basic unit of the city,community constitutes a booming city.In the context of the new economic normal,construction of the smart community promotes the development of China's smart city.Smart community is an important way to change the mode of public service and the way of community management.Therefore,more and more cities make the construction of smart community as the focus of future urban development.In the process of transition from traditional community to the smart community,smart community construction in China faces new opportunities and challenges,The construction of smart community has promoted the construction of new urbanization and the establishment of harmonious society in our country.As a key step for building smart city,smart community aims at improving the living standard and quality of residents,whose starting point is actual demand.By optimizing community' management level,cooperating with neighboring businesses closely,combining online and offline and striving to achieve "a quarter of an hour"business circle,smart community can meet the basic living requirements of residents and achieve win-win situation.Most areas in China have started the construction of the smart community,especially in economically developed cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou.Smart community construction has obtained certain achievements.However,due to the differences in the economic base of China,imperfect infrastructure and poor execution,there are some problems in.In view of this,this article analyzes the situation and dilemma of the construction of smart community in our country and analyzes the causes of trouble so as to make an intensive study of smart community based on the network news reports by using the method of content analysis.This paper collects news reports about the construction of Intelligent Community from the 2010 to first half of 2016 from top 8 websites in China.And we finally get 377 news reports by excluding the useless and repetitive news report from the total 487 items.We come to the conclusion that the construction of intelligent community mainly has the following problems:the construction of intelligent community is obviously different,the construction of the main body is complex,the degree of humane care is low,and the obstruction of the aged is obvious.Finally,we point out the some new path:Improving the construction of facilities and strengthening the government's macro regulation and control;clarifying the multi role and coordinating the internal communication;enhancing residents' consciousness and strengthening humanistic care;strengthening the construction of talent team and enriching the content of community construction.
