The Internet Crime And Its Prevention And Control Countermeasures

Internet Crime is a new type of crime, which is different from traditional crimes. Because of specific characteristics of its criminal measures and great social harm, internet crime has been concerned widely by the society. This paper uses theories and methods of criminology and criminal law for reference, and states the present situation of internet offences in our country. Meanwhile this paper puts forward the anti-measures, hoping to provide judicial bodies and common people certain references to recognize and take precautions against and get rid of internet crime.
