Study On Community Self Governance Of Urban And Rural Area In Yangzhou Economic Development Zone

In the process of urbanization of our country,the new problem of community autonomy has emerged,which is particularly prominent in the transformation of rural community to urban community on behalf of urban and rural areas.These problems mainly include the backward of the policies and regulations,the relationship between community autonomy and administrative management,the need of community autonomy and the low participation of the residents.The realization of good governance in the urban and rural areas has important theoretical and practical significance in the process of urbanization in China.In this paper,the theory of governance and good governance,as well as the theory of social organization and social transformation theory as the theoretical basis for research.For the specific investigation of community autonomy in our country,this paper first discusses the background and practice performance of urban community autonomy in Yangzhou Economic Development Zone in general,as the basis of further study on the community of urban and rural community.In a review of the recent results of previous studies based on,through the form of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,etc.,of Yangzhou Economic Development between urban and rural areas combined with Ministry of community autonomy is facing new problems and new contradictions discussed.Combination of urban and rural community power division in the presence of uncertainties,the relation between the reform of community autonomy system problems,community autonomy and government administrative power in urban and rural areas of Yangzhou Economic Development Zone with community have special performance.In order to solve these problems,this paper in terms of system innovation,community party building,cultivating socialist citizenship awareness etc.were discussed,and the solve the Yangzhou Economic Development between urban and rural areas combined with community autonomy predicament countermeasures and suggestions,for the relevant departments to develop community management policies and regulations to provide a reference.
