Research And Analysis Of Urban Grid Management System In Xishan District Of Kunming

In recent years,with the accelerating urbanization,the rapid increase of urban population in China reached 771.16 million in 2015,the proportion of total population 56.1%.People's living standards have improved greatly in the progress of urbanization,but other issues are more significant.Like many of the floating population,the rapid flow speed of population,the anabatic traffic congestion,the deterioration of public security,and so on.The old city management models can not meet the needs of the current urban management.The city grid is to divide the city jurisdiction scope into grid units according to the certain criteria.It can change the traditional,passive,qualitative and decentralized management to modern,active,quantitative and systematic management.It can realize the real-time update and information monitor of social dynamic and strengthen the city management and improve the city services.The urban grid management system is a kind of new model of the digital city management,which can effectively promote government information system and public data sharing.It also can enhance the level of urban management.This paper is aimed to research the developing background,history,theory characteristics,technical points and political regulations based on the examples of well-developed in Dongcheng district of Beijing urban grid management and urban development foundation near the district of Panlong in Kunming.Combining the city management reality of Xishan district in Kunming and taking some problems exist in the old city management as a breakthrough point,to discuss the significance of urban grid management system construction.According to several aspects UML modeling,system architecture and function module analysis,to analyze the grid management system and design the system framework in Xishan district.At the end of this paper,the author explores the optimization and perfection of the urban grid management system in Xishan district and puts forward the innovation of urban management system by informatization.
