Research On The Construction Of A Comprehensive Platform For Grassroots Service-oriented Party Organizations In Yiliang County

The service platform and the service carrier are the important support to build a grassroots service-oriented party organization.This is an important part of grassroots party building work,and provide a more convenient pattern for the grassroots government public service.Along with the increasing request of the mass public service,the national units,as the leaders of public service,cooperate with other social units to research and develop the information system-the public service with comprehensive and effective information technology methods in order to reach the integral service stardard and promote the integral social benefit.The party members from villages and governmental agencies should establish relevant stations to make the party building work more byte-oriented as a pattern of party member training,party building service,party affairs transparency,party building networking,online relevant training and so on.Make the best of modern network information technology to explore and carry out information technology network service positively,and establish stations for people in four levels-county,countryside,village,and team.Impliment mass activities of the most grassroots party building and make some relevant improvement of the online patterns.Build grassroots service party organization comprehensive platform,reflecting local real situation maximumly,handling the relevant malpractice maximumly and strengthening contacs with grassroots people,to let general public get the relevant information more conveniently,go through the relevant formalities punctually and know all about the relevant policies.Consequently serve the general public more efficiently and make all the policies more practicable.There are five parts in this paper.First,the instruction is mainly about the theoretical basis and methods of the research.Second,introduce the current status of comprehensive service platform conatruction in Yiliang county from all the aspects of background,target,standard and practical application of platform construction.Third,analyse the problems which exist in comprehensive service platform construction in Yiliang county,combining the main point of "new public service"theory.Fourth,propose seven countermeasures and suggestions of comprehensive service platform construction and development in Yiliang county,according to the enlightenment of "new public service" and taking example by the successful experience of Dali state.Fifth,explain the conclusion and deficiencies of this paper.
