A Study Of Vietnam's Political Reforms Since The Sixth National Congress Of The Communist Party Of Vietnam

China and Vietnam are geographically,historically and culturally traceable and closely related.Both countries are "developing socialism countries",they share the same political systems and similar stage of development.The two countries are closely related and have the common development goals.In addition,with rapid development,Vietnam is one of the important fulcrum of China's "The Belt and Road" cooperation initiatives,and also the first stop of "Maritime Silk Road".Vietnam's sustained and rapid development in recent years is inseparable from its 30-year "Reform" policy.With regard to reform,Vietnamese generally adds the word"open",called "doi moi mo cua",which corresponds to the term "reform and opening up" in China.It includes both internal reform and opening to the outside world.The core of the policy is "political reform" and "economic reform",the key is "thinking reform".As an important part of "reform and opening up" policy,"political reform"has provided an important impetus to Vietnam's sustainable development over the past 30 years.Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the political reform theory and concrete measures and the impact on the political,social and economic development,government management and foreign relations of Vietnam since its implementation of"reform and opening up" policy,and to predict and analyze the trend of political reform can provide some experience for China's deepening political reform.In this study,the starting point of political reform in Vietnam is "The 6th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam",and the main direction,measures,effectiveness and challenges of political reform are mainly focused on "The 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam",which is regarded as an important node of Vietnam's political situation.The latest references and information of Vietnam are based on a series of political initiatives in Vietnam since the "12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam" held in 2016.The current specific performance of Vietnam's political reform has important significance in reflecting its directions in the future.Throughout the history and content of political reform in Vietnam,although it has studied the Chinese model,it has been more advanced on combination of national conditions with operating mode of political system and specific reform measures."Decentralization" features more obviously in Vietnam's political reform and played a strong role in the process of democratization and economic and social development.However,due to the complex factors of internal and external,Vietnam's political reform is now facing many challenges,the direction and characteristics of political reform also need to be understand and summarize objectively.In short,to research Vietnam's political reform since "The 6th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam",we should view and analyze it by an objective and dialectical way,combine with introspection of practice,choosing their good qualities and avoid their shortcomings.
