On The Statute Of The Communist Party Of Vietnam Amended And Adopted At The 10～(th) National Party Congress

The 10th National Party Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam has been held from18th to 25th April in Hanoi, which concludes the Vietnamese revolution, theory research and partybuilding in the last 20 years, makes necessary amendment and complement to it, and passes itsstatutes. Three articles are amended and complemented as follows:â…°. the party formulation hasbeen revised as "the CPV is the vanguard of the Vietnamese working class, the labor people andthe whole Vietnamese nationality; it represents the interests of the working class, the laborpeople and the Vietnamese nation.";â…±.its communists are permit to participate in privateeconomy;andâ…². the capability of the commission and the discipline inspection at all levels arehighlighted with the discipline inspection and people's supervision regarded as the principal taskof the party commission, and the strengthening of its discipline inspection. All above are theheavy changes in the history of the amendment of its statutes.By now, there is no further study on its statutes in the lOth National Party. Congress inChina.Therefore,the thesis tries to analyze its background, content and influence of theamendment and complement. It is creative and meaningful to provide references for furtheracknowledgment of the Communist Party of Vietnam in new period, and is helpful instrengthening the relationship between the Communist Party of China and CPV, thus providinginspiration for self-constrution and further amendment to the statutes.
