Research On Performance Management Of Relocation Project For Poverty Alleviation In Yongping County

China is the largest developing country in the world,and the problem of poverty has always been an important challenge for the government.Since the founding of new China,China's successive governments have attached great importance to the poverty problem,especially since the reform and opening up has invested a lot of manpower,material resources,financial resources,poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results,the incidence of poverty decreased continuously.In the process of poverty alleviation and development,the Chinese government constantly sum up,continuous innovation,according to different regions and different people take the mode of poverty alleviation of poverty,poverty alleviation,such as industrial labor transfer in poverty alleviation,the whole village poverty alleviation,education poverty,social poverty and poverty alleviation relocation etc..Poverty alleviation relocation is an important model of poverty alleviation and development,proved by practice can effectively help the poor natural conditions and geological disaster prone areas of poverty,but also help to promote the process of urbanization and ecological restoration.Although in many parts of our country the poverty alleviation relocation project have achieved good results,but in the concrete to resettle in project management,there are still a lot of impact on poverty alleviation,the overall performance of the relocation project,so it is necessary for the relocation of poverty alleviation project management performance carried out in-depth study,toprovide a theoretical basis for the relocation of poverty relief.This paper uses literature analysis,case analysis,field research and other research methods,take the poverty alleviation relocation project of Yongping County as an example,introduces the basic situation of poverty alleviation poverty alleviation and the status of the project in of Yongping County,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analysis the poverty alleviation relocation project performance of Yongping County,based on analysis of poverty alleviation relocation project of Yongping County,put forward the countermeasures of poverty alleviation relocation project performance management of Yongping County.Through the study found,the performance of poverty alleviation relocation project of Yongping County is good,but there are also some problems,such as lack of scientific evaluation,project management target deviation causes the heavy form rather than efficiency,the assessment index is not scientific,lack of public participation.So we need to adopt targeted measures to improve performance:optimization of project supervision and management system,implement the responsibility system,the construction efficiency of poverty alleviation mechanism based on comprehensive relocation,improve capital allocation system,improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation of the relocation work,performance oriented improvement project evaluation index system,strengthen the social participation in poverty alleviation efforts.The purpose of the research is to improve and enhance the performance of poverty alleviation relocation project of Yongping County,and help Yongping County to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation relocation project.
