The Research Of Work Effectiveness About Poverty Alleviation And Relocation Project In Wu Chuan County

The poverty alleviation and relocation policy of the expropriated areas serves as a basic strategy to help the poor get out of poverty and reduce poverty.It reduces the external natural ecological environment and land carrying capacity,adjusts the population structure and economic structure of the emigration,and promotes the conversion of poverty-stricken people from passive poverty alleviation to autonomous poverty alleviation.The transformation of autonomous poverty awareness plays a very significant role in laying the foundation.Wuchuan County is characterized by harsh natural environment,droughty climate,and slow economic growth.The county's GDP and the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents are ranked lower in the Hohhot region and Inner Mongolia.The task of eliminating poverty is difficult involving wide areas.In 2016,the higher government units began to focus on poverty alleviation projects to implement poverty alleviation and relocation projects for poverty-stricken people on file,and the project has achieved remarkable results in the practical process.The paper will mainly start with the project planning,relocation model,relocation scope,relocation subsidy standards and the settlement of project resettlement sites in Wuchuan County's rural areas for poverty alleviation and relocation projects,and combine data from 102 villagers under the investigation of 7 villages.Based on the statistical analysis,it is concluded that the choice suitable industries of the moved in to the areas,the implementation of the poverty alleviation relocation policy has been implemented in the rehabilitation of the ecological environment of the evacuated areas,the matching of the conditions of the housing facilities in the evacuated areas,the improvement of the overall completion efficiency of the relocation project,and the repercussions of the relocation and resettlement policies of the relocated areas.Positive results have been achieved and substantive achievements have been made in the improvement of the poverty-stricken population's awareness of self-reliance.However,it cannot be ignored that it is still accompanied by a series of constraints on the improvement of work effectiveness under the influence of internal and external environments.Especially under the influence of external environments with the poor conditions of Wuchuan County's economic development level,it can bring about the constraints for strong market employment competitiveness,and the low satisfaction of infrastructure and other external environments,the pressure on employment in the resettlement areas has increased,and need to continue to strengthenpropaganda of poverty alleviation and relocation policies for the elderly population and the poor who are often working outside.In addition,under the influence of internal environments with the low awareness of self-reliance of the poverty-stricken population,there will be such things as: increased more concerned with the use of the project funds for migrants,strong dependencies to the original place and other issues.Therefore,this paper also focuses on targeting the following suggestions: to continue to improve transparency for the use of the project funds,strengthen propaganda of poverty alleviation and relocation policies,to improve the level of infrastructure,to broaden the employment channels,and to implement the instructive work of relocation willingness do your best and other aspects.
