Research On The Policy Execution Power Under The Administrative Cost Control In The Transitional Period Of China

The result of the social transformation of China’s public policy the overall changes in the objective environment facing the era requires us in the transition period,administrative costs and public policy execution and the cognition and interpretation of more clear,make the government service to the society,and adapt to the social structure,system and operation mechanism,improve administrative efficiency and improve the implementation of public policy.Now the transition period is the key period of reform to tackle tough,in recent years,with the central eight provisions of "six prohibitions" and against the "four winds" strict implementation of administrative costs in China expansion has been curbed,The expansion of administrative cost in China’s transitional period has been restrained,but there are still a lot of problems to be solved in the implementation of public policy.In this paper,the administrative cost and the policy execution concept as the starting point,analyses the status quo and problems of the implementation of policies under the transitional administrative cost control,then the transition of administrative cost under the control of the implementation of the policy of the existing problems and reasons for the increase of China transition cost control measures in execution under the policy are put forward,respectively from the the policy making and implementation process control,incentive and restraint and supervision aspects are discussed,the author gives the implementation force to improve the policy solution.It provides some reference for the future scholars to study the Related issues.
