Research On The Existing Problems In The Fire Safety Supervision And Management Of Xiangtan City And The Countermeasures

As an important part of the public security system,fire safety is an important part of urban public administration,has long-term,risk,complexity and fundamental characteristics,but also to measure an important indicator of the degree of civilization of a city with the management level.As the city continues to expand the scale of construction,urbanization and the implementation of strategic decisions is also further promote the city fire safety management also faces enormous challenges and pressures.Fire safety has been our work lags behind urban development,fire accidents,law enforcement and the ability to fire inspection team,public fire protection infrastructure,fire-fighting equipment can not effectively meet the needs of society.To fire safety supervision and management for the study,to further enhance the quality of fire supervision,effectively reduce disharmonious factors to the city fire and public safety exist,build a good fire Hydropower management environment for building a harmonious society has great significance.In this paper,in order to improve safety supervision and management of Xiangtan City Fire as the research object,combining their years of practical work experience,put forward a sound proposal for Xiangtan city fire safety supervision and management problems under the guidance of a particular theory.After analysis,we find that there are some problems of Xiangtan City Fire safety supervision and management,including the legal basis is chaotic,the degree of socialization of fire safety supervision and management is insufficient,the function of fire safety supervision and management is unclear,the construction of fire supervision team is insufficient,and the information technology of fire safety supervision and management is not constructed well,and do in-depth empirical analysis of the causes.There are many reasons for these pronlems,including that the procedures to amend the fire laws and regulations is comlex,the fire safety supervision and management system were influenced by planned economy for years,the fire service function is offside and the personnel training mechanism is not effective enough.In view of the above problems and causes,we put forward some relevant recommendations to improve the safety supervision and management: improving the fire safety supervision and management of the legal system,deepen the socialization fire safety supervision and management,a clear function and range of fire safety supervision and management mechanism,to build long-term personnel training system,strengthen safety supervision and management of fire information construction.
