At the base of the present condition to investigate and research on the teaching and training supporting capability of the training institution and evaluation on armored forces in this text firstly, in the result we can know by usage managing means, import the evaluating mechanism into the result, try hard to attain to change by reviewing and manage by reviewing with exaltation scientific management level of teaching and training supporting on armored forces, then raise the counter thinking of the guarantee performance of the teaching and training. Then by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theories etc, analysis and research on the evaluate a mechanism system and its power of the evaluation index sign of teaching and training supporting guarantee capability results, inducing to training guarantee system to carry on science to the teaching thus of comprehensive evaluation of method, and elaborate the organization of evaluation and implement procedure of armored forces training institution, in order to carrying on comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the training supporting capability, and create essential condition to effectively exertive evaluation the effect of mechanism.
