The lawful,rational and effective use of force is an important means for police to maintain social order,protect social security and protect the rights of citizens.At present,China attaches great importance to the use of minimum force.As the basis of police force,the importance of unarmed control skill is increasingly prominent.Compared with the police equipment and weapons,the police unarmed control skill has a higher frequency and a wider range of use,but it often faces the awkward situation of not knowing how to use it effectively in actual law enforcement.There are many reasons for this situation,the lack of targeted training must be a major cause.Based on this,it is imperative to strengthen the training of police unarmed control skill that in order to maintain the authority of law enforcement and ensure the orderly development of disposal activities.By using the methods of literature analysis and expert interview,this paper attempts to use the advantages of transfer theory for reference to standardize the current police unarmed control skill training chaos,and in combination with the police practice,in-depth discussion on the specific application of migration theory in the police unarmed control skill training.The research is divided into five parts:The first part is focuses on the research background,significance,content,method and theoretical basis,summarizing and analyzing the research status,and defining the concepts of police training and police unarmed control skill training.The second part focuses on the development of police unarmed control skill from the historical perspective,and comprehensively discusses the prominent problems in the current training from the three levels of training theory,content and method.The third part demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of introducing transfer theory into the police unarmed control skill training by means of comparison,interview and literature analysis.The fourth part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used police unarmed control skill training mode,and from the perspective of transfer,on the basis of the three-stage training mode,the current police unarmed control skill training mode is to rebuilt.The fifth part focuses on the specific application of transfer theory in the training of police unarmed control skill,and details the training emphasis in different periods and stages combined with cases.
