| The market economy pursues free competition,and the fierce competition of the market requires enterprises to pay attention to the prevention and control of all kinds of risks.As a pillar of the national economy,after several years of rapid development of the real estate industry,the operation of Real Estate Company is affected by the factors of finance,policy regulation,residents' consumption psychology and so on.These uncertainties lead to the increase of business risks.Generally,the risks of finance,land and market belong to external risks,and enterprises can only adapt themselves by self-adjusting.The legal risk belongs to the internal risk of the enterprise,and the enterprise can be effectively prevent and control it by strengthening the management and optimizing the prevention and control system of legal risk.Based on the theories and research status of legal risk prevention and control of Real Estate Company,the development process of Shaanxi Dahua Real Estate Company was served as a model to investigate how to prevent and control the legal risks.As for the main problems of legal risk control,the theories of effective management and system management were applied.The legal risks of Real Estate Company were analyzed from policy,economy,society,geography,execution environment,and law consciousness.After general analyzing the related theories and practice problems,some measures have been put forward in order to optimize the legal risk control.Finally,the awareness of legal risks were enhanced,legal risk control system was established and polished,the ability of corporate governance and the level of governance were improved,the sustainable development of the Real Estate Company could be realized. |
