In recent years,"the judge resigned hot" across the country,the greater the on-the-job work pressure,a judge is unfavorable to create justice,integrity,high quality team of judges.One of causes of the judges left judges team is not ideal salary and heavy work pressure,especially in economically developed areas,the judge's low income cannot be adapted to higher consumption.Judge objectively speaking,the current compensation system due to the influence of the administrative system,low level of wages,the different administrative levels of the basic judge judge large difference of income,the serious don't match,wage income and the amount of the lack of effective incentive mechanism,this paper also around these problems analysis and solving.In the introductory chapter,this article expounds the reason of topics,from the establishment of the socialist market economy system to the new era,the change of the social principal contradiction are shown with the judge wages should be improved,in the performance appraisal should absorb the caseload.Then,on the judge's compensation system both at home and abroad and calculation and the qualitative standard has carried on the summary of workload,understand the current system is not scientific,the status of the research results less,also recognize the gap with other countries and regions,some fear.The research method of participating in the observation was determined,so as to further explore the salary system.In the chapter of the remuneration system of judges in our country,I have learned the standard of the salary of judges by consulting the laws and documents,and analyzed the three problems in the salary system: the system of civil servants' salary system has not been formed,and the independent system has not been formed.The compensation incentive mechanism is not included.The overall level of income is low,not commensurate with the amount of work.Work in our country,the judge empirical research section,I according to the above mentioned method of participant observation,wages of sample court judge has carried on the full investigation and study,effort,learned after its system reform,the sample although the court has already begun to enrich the compensation system,but there is a standard is not clear,interoperability is not strong.As for the workload of the judge,it is obvious that there are fewer people and more pressure on work.In the introduction of the remuneration system of judges in other countries and regions,I have selected a representative salary system in the United States,Britain,Germany and Taiwan.Most of these countries and regions have formed a separate wage series,and the salary is relatively high.The salary level can be commensurate with the social status,and more importantly,the scientific capital increase mechanism can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the judges to work,which is worthy of our reference.Combining the situation of our country and the overseas beneficial experience,in several thinking of perfecting our country's judge salary system chapter puts forward the following Suggestions: to evaluate the judge reasonable effort,to build the basis of the compensation reform;Detailed performance bonus,highlighting the status of workload;The level of judges is separated from the administrative rank,and a separate sequence of wages is constructed;Establishing specialized agencies to determine the level of remuneration of judges;Multi-dimensional reference,construct dynamic compensation adjustment mechanism.In conclusion,this thesis is on the basis of reading literature,to develop research,focuses on the analysis of the disadvantages of existing in the current system,explore deeper reasons behind,combined with the beneficial experience of other countries and regions the judge salary system,discusses how to perfect the compensation system of the judge,the purpose is to make the compensation system can enhance the judge's sense of belonging,for feeling and happiness.
