The reasonable salary can excite the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprise staff effectively, attract and keep a high-quality, competitive staffs team, and promote the existence and development of enterprises. Because the system of existing salary of enterprises lacks strategic thinking, it is necessary to research the salary systems of the enterprise.The thesis explained basic theories of establishing the system of enterprise's salary. The methods to establish the system of enterprise's salary were emphatically analyzed. Lusu Group (Shandong Plastic Products Experiment Factory) is the real example in this article. Through the investigation and research of the basic salary situations of 5 subsidiaries in the group, the firewood salary system is available. There are 7 steps to build the system.Nowadays the information technology becomes the mainstream in management. The thesis analyzed the signification of the informationalized meaning in salary system. It also analyses the composition of the salary system.Through the research, the article is useful to solve a great deal of problems appearing in the system management of original. It embodies the principle such as: fairness, competitiveness, economy and. the whole firewood system of salary can solve the contradiction of low duty and retarded professorship inenterprises ubiquitous and high. The management system of the informationization in addition will help the employees in the enterprise working effectively.
