Research On The Construction Of The Chinese Communist Party's Ideological Discourse Power (1949-1966)

The construction of ideological discourse power is different from the traditional political power construction.As a kind of soft power,ideology is more to seek identification by means of teaching,scientific content to attract,and institutionalized design to improve.From the perspective of history and logic,theory and practice,horizontal and vertical integration,based on the ideological work of the CPC from 1949 to 1966,the article analyzes the development context and value of the construction of the ideological discourse power of the CPC.It is divided into four parts.The first part is focusing on the correlative theories of ideological discourse power construction,clarifying the concrete connotation of the construction of the CPC's ideology discourse power.That is developing the leading Marx ideology is coexistence with many socialist ideology,constructing the discourse system and the political system,making the construction of the power of ideological discourse into the efficient tool of the party's administration and management.The second part focuses on the domestic and foreign background of the construction of the ideological discourse power of the CPC between 1949 and 1966.At that time,the party faced a severe ruling situation,multiple ideological and cultural patterns,also faced with a good time of ideological construction,there were risks as well as opportunities.Dividing this period into the three periods of the construction of discourse power between 1949 and 1966: the period of construction of the discourse power of the new democratic ideology(1949-1952),the construction period of the discourse power of socialist ideology(1953-1955)and the tortuous development period of the discourse of socialist ideology(1956-1966),which gives us a holistic grasp of the historical process of the construction of the discourse power of the party,enriching the theory and practice of the construction of the discourse right,helping us to understand the concrete construction of ideological discourse power in the past seventeen years.The third part mainly discusses the contents and characteristics of the construction of the ideological discourse power of the CPC.In this period,based on the Mao Zedong's theory of ideological discourse power construction,we built up and controlled the ideological discourse power from three aspects: discourse subject,discourse theme and discourse carrier in the way of combining the principles and flexibility,struggle and solidarity,a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools contend and coordinating the relationship between political economy and culture.The fourth part mainly summarizes the times value and Inspiration of the construction of the party's ideology discourse power.After 17 years of exploration and development,the CPC had finally consolidated the dominant position of Marx's ideology,established a stable and professional ideological theory team and a perfect top-down ideological battle fields.Now,we must adhere to the guiding position of Marx doctrine in the construction of ideological discourse power,consolidate and enhance the CPC's leadership and control of the construction of ideological discourse,follow the law of the development of socialist ideology,improve the popular identity of ideological discourse and innovate the ideological discourse pattern with Chinese characteristics.
