In the recent 20 years, many oil fields have developed a great number of software and Information systems. After investigating the operation and current situation., This paper designs the general structure and function subsystems , shows the data interfaces of the them. The characters of the designation are : Adopt the theory of Overall Data Planning ,the development is data-oriented instead of business-oriented because of the variance of the business . Whatever management system will change , the basic data are almost stable .Changing function only needs changing programs. Based on the research of the business activities in different business department, six function fields are carved up. These six function fields is the summing-up of the production activity, which don't rely on the current organization , and are the most stable production factors.More over, this paper adopts the fundamental thoughts and technology of the workflow management system ,discusses how to separate the work activities into well-defined tasks, roles, rules and processes to run and control, so that the factory can improve the lever of organization and work efficiency , support the running of MIS and combination of information system and business system. The workflow technology offered an advanced method to achievement the operation goal. Better.
