| The primary problem facing drug rehabilitation personnel after returning to society is the employment problem.However,the road to employment of community drug addicts is hindered.due to the influence of various factors.The article takes the community drug abusers Y in the Z community of Guangzhou City as the case study object.Through the methods of case interviews and field trips,the social workers analyze the external factors of the employer's employment crisis including the low degree of acceptance,imperfect employment security system and the lack of available community resources,the internal factors of the employment crisis including weak family support system,irrational self-perception,and the lack of employment knowledge and skills.On this basis,under the guidance of social ecosystem theory,social workers uphold social work values of respect,acceptance,non-criticism,and self-determination by the owner combining with rational emotional therapy,and multi-dimensional interventions from the micro,meso,and macro perspectives to meet the drug addicts' employment needs.Through the service intervention,the community detoxification personnel's irrational belief has been changed,the reasonable self-cognition has been established,which is advantageous to their normal exertion in the interview,has excavated and cultivated the community detoxification personnel's intrinsic potential,promoted its self-help ability construction,In order to enhance their employment self-confidence and employment ability,meet their employment needs,strengthen the degree of its connection with the social ecosystem,enhance the spiritual support.Social workers also test the effectiveness of social work intervention among community drug addicts through practice,as well as analyze and refine the intervention strategies to explore a path that helps to ease the re-employment difficulties of community drug addicts,and crack the problem on re-employment of community drug addicts. |
