Research On The Social Quality Of The Three Provinces In Northeast China

Northeast area is our country industry cradle and agriculture base,develop continuously under the policy of vitalizing.However,in recent years,a series of development problems and deficiencies have become the bottleneck of further development.Scholars give explanations,countermeasures and suggestions from different angles,but lack of a macro unified theoretical framework.Since 19 th CPC National Congress,the state has paid more attention to the quality of social development under the new normal state of economy.The new round of revitalization of the three northeastern provinces has attracted the attention of the whole country and the people are looking forward to it,calling for a new concept of development to lead progress.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop new research perspectives to meet the challenges.The theory of "social quality" was put forward by European scholars in the 1990 s.It has developed into a systematic theory system for more than 20 years.As a new paradigm of social development research,social quality has attracted the attention of domestic scholars in recent years,and has made some achievements in social development research,social policy research and social security research.After the localization of social quality indicators in China,the government also tries to use the framework of social quality to seek the improvement and improvement of social quality.As a new paradigm in the study of social development,great attention has been paid to the development of the theory in China.But social quality Quantitative theory is seldom used to study regional social development in China,and needs to be supplemented.This study first reviews the development of the application of social quality theory at home and abroad,introduces the internal framework of social quality theory,based on the CSS2015 survey data.From the perspective of social quality theory,the paper objectively describes the social development situation in Northeast China,and takes the four elements of social quality as "social economic security","social cohesion","social inclusion" and "social empowerment" as the analytical framework.Comparing with the national average level,this paper reveals the current level of social quality development in the three Northeast provinces,and finds out the main factors restricting the existence of the social quality development in the Northeast region.Finally,from the perspective of "increasing various kinds of social security," Improve people's ability to resist risks;ensure public safety and social solidarity;improve social governance and social inclusion;tap human potential,The four aspects of increasing social mobility provide some thoughts and suggestions for further exploring the development of social quality in the three Northeast provinces.
