With the coming of the new era,our country has also put forward new requirements for the building of the cadre contingent.Cadres have great responsibilities and power.Therefore,the management of cadres is the most important part of government management.Because of the importance of paying attention to the management of cadres,the task of cadre management is heavy,the responsibility is great,the business process is very meticulous,the document is many,the work is tedious,and it brings great challenge to the related work.Therefore,cadre management business urgently needs information system to upgrade and optimize it.Before the thesis was written,the project background and research and application status of the Zunyi City Organization Department cadre information management system were studied in detail.The research background and significance of the thesis were given in the article,and my work was introduced in detail.Through the UML modeling technology and object-oriented development ideas to conduct a detailed modeling of this article,this article is divided into cadre information management,cadre post management,cadre removal management,cadre training management,cadre inspection management,basic data management,system Seven major functional modules,such as management,are combined with database technology after modeling to analyze the system.The article first uses the organization chart to introduce the organizational structure of the Zunyi City Organization Department's staff information management,and then analyzes the original business process and optimization process of the related business through the swim lane chart.Secondly,it uses the package chart and the use case diagram for business functions.The analysis was carried out to illustrate the core functions of the research and analysis of this thesis.Finally,the related database tables were established and data analysis was performed through thumbnails.At the end of the text,the summary and outlook were given.This paper first analyzes the business of cadre management in Zunyi Organization Department,and then optimizes the business of cadre management by using the computer system,and gives the cadre management system of Zunyi Organization Department.The system has improved the efficiency of cadre management in the Organization Department of Zunyi,and has the value of application and popularization.
