With the enlargement of enterprise and more furily market competition, the enterprise realizes the importance of HRM(Human Resource Management) and the necessary of improving the level of HRM . To improve the HRM level, the company needs not only excellent employees, but also information tools. So it is urge to develop HUMS.First, this paper introduces the relating concepts of HRMS, analyses the domestic and abroad HRM present and sets forth the effect of HRMS implement.The main part of this paper narrates the process of designing coflight HRM.. The system applied the advanced HRM thesis, included the function of Employee Self Service and Employee Self Learning and optimized the HRM flow at the same time.Finally, it summarizes the whole article and gives some constructive advice on the implement of the system.
