Research On The Construction Of "micro-policing" From The Perspective Of The Modernization Of The Rule Of Law In Public Security

As an important component of the national management system and management ability,the public security is the state governance capabilities of modern rule of law modernization construction is an important embodiment in the field of public security law enforcement,is one of the important historical mission and responsibility to bear the public security organ.The first nationwide public security "micro policing"platform Cluster-"Jiangsu public security micro policing" public number formally worked on April 22,2016.It provides a new way to enrich the online interactive politics of public security organs.The thesis takes Jiangsu public security micro policing service and its subordinate platform cluster as the research object,and explains the function of "micro policing" from the view of the rule of law,selects three samples of provinces,cities and counties to makes an empirical analysis of the current development,operation and achievements of "micro policing".It points out the defects in the effectiveness of interactive politics,the top-level design and the promotion of the rule of law.Aiming at the above problems,this thesis is under the threshold of the modernization of public security rule of law,takes the rule of law,institutionalization,functionalization of "micro policing" online interactive politics as its goal and attempts to proposes the corresponding perfect path according to its problems from the view of the rule of law,the construction thinking and promotion of efficacy.
