| In the work and life of the city,the broad masses of the people is the most contact with the grassroots cadres,party and government policies are by the grassroots cadres to carry out,so the city grassroots cadres are honest with our party in the people's image will have the most direct contact.It is undeniable that the majority of city grassroots cadres are diligent and hard,the team is generally positive sunshine.But with the deepening of reform and opening up,improve the level of material,a lot of corruption as creeping up without stop breeding.Some grass-roots cadres failed to pass the test of money and embarked on the road of corruption and degeneration,which made people's legitimate rights and interests violated,and even harmed the ruling image of the party and the government in all walks of life.At present,our country's corruption is the prevention and treatment of corruption at the city grass-roots level.The most common way is through external means,such as laws,regulations,rules and regulations.Although it has achieved certain results,it has been constrained by the rapid development of the contemporary society.The reason is that it did not pay attention to the internal causes of corruption,and did not explore the essence of corruption from the source.As a grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision personnel,not only responsible for investigating cases of corruption and responsibility,but also an obligation to make deep analysis of incidence reasons,play a good radical investigative function.The author based on the perspective of administrative ethics,combining with the case in Gulou District of Nanjing city from 2014 to 2017,the work of investigating data,conduct a comprehensive exploration of the problem of corruption at the grassroots level of city of our country,analyze the root cause of the occurrence and development of city level corruption,explore the ways of effective prevention of city grassroots corruption. |
