Chinese Social Organizations Participate In Disaster Emergency Rescue Research

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of major natural disasters in China has become an indisputable fact.and the occurrence of various natural disasters has seriously affected the social,economic and political stability of our country.Therefore,how to effectively respond to sudden natural disasters has become a major test of our government's ability to manage emergencies.With the increasing diversity and complexity of natural disasters,the government alone can no longer cope comprehensively.In this case,it is necessary to actively absorb the participation of social organizations.The social organization of our country develops rapidly and plays a more and more important role in the social development,especially in dealing with the major public emergencies.Social organization has become an indispensable force of social governance and social service.However,compared with foreign countries,the development of social organizations in our country is relatively backward.At present,it is still in its infancy.All aspects are not very mature,except for its own problems.When participating in disaster emergency relief,social organizations will also be restricted by different degrees from government departments,which usually make social organizations unable to give full play to their own advantages,and even reduce the efficiency of rescue to a certain extent.In June 23rd 2016,the Funing tornado in Yancheng was a major natural disaster in Jiangsu Province in recent years.This time,the storm brought heavy losses to Funing.Fortunately,after the disaster,the local social organizations and social organizations all over the country have responded positively,which has played an important role in rescue and disaster relief,psychological assistance,disaster reconstruction and so on.Based on the above situation,this paper selects "Funing Wind disaster" as a case,tries to make a comprehensive introduction to the situation of social organizations participating in the disaster emergency rescue,and analyzes the advantages of social organizations participating in the process of disaster emergency rescue,and the factors that affect the participation of social organizations in disaster emergency relief,and summarize the problems existing in the relief process of social organizations,such as the confusion in the distribution of materials,the low degree of organization,the lack of credibility,and so on.In order to improve the efficiency of social organizations to participate in natural disaster emergency relief,concrete and feasible measures are put forward to solve the problems.
